monthly, possibly more often

depending on the traffic of  your wash.

Inspect and remove debris    _____

Check line speed                         _____

Check “E” stops                            _____

Check air pressure setting      _____

Inspect dollie rollers               _____

Check chain wash                      _____       

Check entrance and exit trap doors               _____

Check hydraulic hose for wear and leaks    _____

Grease take-up bearings                                     _____

Check air lines for wear and leaks                   _____

Check chain tension, adjust if needed            _____
